Excellent location and place. As decribed, great amenities and a well maintained home. Close to skiing and many great restaurants. I highly recommend this stay.

My family had a fantastic stay at this ski condo right near Cranmore Mountain Resort. The location couldn’t be better for hitting the slopes. It truly felt like ski-in/ski-out with easy access to the lifts and resort amenities. The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious with everything we needed for a relaxing winter escape. The heated outdoor hot tub and pool after a full day on the mountain were absolute highlights, perfect for unwinding. Communication with the host was great, check-in was smooth, and they were responsive and helpful with any questions. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area (with a cozy fireplace) made it easy to feel right at home. Location was perfect, just a short walk or quick drive to North Conway Village’s restaurants, shops, and grocery options, so we could easily explore after skiing.

Absolutely a wonderful place! Very clean, kitchen is remarkably well equipped. I contacted Birch ahead of time to see if there was a large bowl for salads and large soup kettle, both of which they had! We have some great chefs in our group and always found the pot, bowl or utensil they needed. We loved the location and walked to town several times. We are looking forward to returning!
