The Cove Up North | North Conway, Hiking, Rivers

The house was a great space for our family and the layout worked well. The location was also convenient. And there were ample supplies provided in the way of paper goods and toiletries. However, the house does need some TLC. The bedrooms are quite musty smelling. The closets were in disarray. We found a few large ants on each level and some spiders on the lower level. There were lights out in various places and the Handyman did not have the correct lightbulbs, and never returned to replace them. There are areas that really could stand some fresh paint, including, but not limited to the deck. We did have an enjoyable stay in the area, but would not consider renting this home again.

The cove up North was perfect for our family! Very clean, the house mangers very easy to contact and replied quickly! A few things I would point out, there was no grill and the bath towels seemed well loved maybe time for some new ones! Other than that amazing and an impeccably clean home! Would love to return sometime in the near future.
