This spacious house is ideally situated and comfortably accommodates a large group. The host’s communication was excellent, even promptly resolving an unexpected late-night lockout. The house is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you need for a fantastic stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals for a large group, including cooking utensils, spices, oils, cookware, a blender, a slow cooker, and a pellet smoker. Additionally, Sonos speakers throughout the home and outdoor deck make streaming music effortless. The game room adds to the fun, offering an enjoyable evening with shuffleboard, foosball, and a small retro arcade. Highly recommend this rental for an outstanding experience!

Beautiful, spacious house in an amazing location. Comfy and clean. Amazing amenities. Tons of space for hanging together or on your own, indoors and out. Could not be happier!! Working with Jeremiah and his Birch team was an absolute pleasure!

We had a great winter girls weekend at The Ledges! The house was perfect - we enjoyed cooking, hanging out by the fire and playing games. If it were a bit warmer, we would definitely have utilized the outdoor space. A few of us went cross-country skiing as well. Jeremiah was immediately responsive to the questions that we had. We plan to return!!

This was our second time renting this home for Thanksgiving weekend. It is a beautiful and comfortable home. Plenty of room to gather together, as well as spaces for quiet as well. All of the furniture and beds are comfortable. Front porch has a great view of the mountains and was so welcoming to sit out both during the day and at night. Kitchen is well stocked and laid out as well. We would love to stay in this home again!

5 Stars all around!! The house is in a beautiful location close to attractions. We golfed, did COG Railway, Cathedrals Ledge and more. The house was super clean and the gourmet kitchen is amazing. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck. It was like you were in the trees. 100% recommend staying here.
