The Whitaker House | Luxe | Heart of the Valley

The Whitaker House was absolutely top notch! Spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. It looked amazing online but completely exceeded our expectations. The location was just what we wanted, being super close to town but out of the way, on a quiet lovely street with a brook right off the deck. The layout of this house was perfect for our family of four plus two extra teenagers! Lots of room for everyone. We truly appreciated the hospitality extended by the Birch folks, they were very accommodating, communicative and helped with any questions I had. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

We loved our stay at The Whitaker House! You cannot beat this location. It was close to everything, but far enough outside of the traffic. The house was new and super clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely rent the house again. Jeremiah was a great host. He kept us informed as our stay approached. He responded immediately to every question. I was especially impressed when he emailed me to say the house was ready to check-in early, even though I hadn't even asked for that. It showed he really cared about our experience. You can't go wrong with Jeremiah and The Whitaker House!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Whitaker! Our family came into town to visit Storyland and North Conway. This home was within 10min of Storyland and 5min to all over shopping, restaurants and attractions. The home itself was beautifully decorated, was completely brand new and extremely luxurious. Jeremiah and Lisseth are excellent hosts and so helpful with recommendations. Why would you stay anywhere else when you have a brand new property like this with beautiful views, a babbling brook and close to all the fun! Thank you for a great trip!
