Waterfront Hot Tub Escape Kayaks•Game Room•Sunsets

We had an incredible week here and honestly didn't want to leave! The house is beautiful, so clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed to feel right at home from the moment we arrived. (Even a welcome basket for our pup and snacks for our kids!) Our family made so many great memories during our stay. The kids caught six bass while fishing on the pond, we spent hours kayaking, had some competitive pool tournaments in the basement game room, relaxed in the hot tub every evening, and ended our nights making s'mores by the fire on the private beach area. It was exactly the kind of family vacation we were hoping for. The only small thing I'd mention for future guests is that if you're planning on spending a lot of time swimming, just know there are quite a few reeds and water lilies near the private beach area. It wasn't a huge deal for us and didn't take away from our trip —we just naturally spent more time kayaking, fishing, and enjoying everything else the property had to offer. We truly had the best time and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you for sharing such a special place with our family. <3

Well I say book it! It has everything and more you need and communication with owner was great. Super stocked place, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with spices and essentials. The view was gorgeous. Only caveat you most like decorative pillows, stopped counting at 50 and don’t mind lots of rule signs, I mean lots. They want to be sure you treat their gorgeous home well, can you blame them. They want you to take off shoes at door. Game room serious bonus. Huge bedrooms but of using third guest room bit awkward share of bathroom. Great location, close to N. Conway were cute town and good shopping. Veno’s market had prepared frozen meals and nice meat selection to make cooking in convenient.

The view is why you are here, truly lovely and serene. The house feels luxurious and has lots of great amenities both for good weather and bad. It is one of the most thoughtfully equipped houses we have stayed in, everything is organized, clearly labeled, with lots of unexpected extras. The only downside, if you are looking for seclusion, you do hear road noise from the always traffic heavy road to North Conway, weekend traffic to Tuckerman brewery, and visibility of neighbors.
