This house was sparkling clean and absolutely perfect for our large group of 17 people! It is incredibly spacious, so everyone had plenty of room to stretch out without ever feeling crowded. The massive basement game room featured a pool table, arcade games, air hockey, shuffleboard, and a poker table, which kept the kids fully entertained. We also loved spending time outside on the wonderful outdoor deck and hanging out around the fireplace. The entire home had such a cozy feeling, making for a very relaxing stay. The hosts went above and beyond by providing a thoughtful welcome basket, and the kitchen was fully replenished with everything we needed to cook meals. Additionally, the host was very flexible and responded to all of our messages very quickly. 10/10 Highly recommend this property for any large family or group getaway!

Place was great, I have rented a few different places from birch and Jeremiah always a great experience

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We have rented many places over the years for our family vacations. This was one of the best. The house was well appointed, it had everything we needed. Very clean. Plenty of trash bags and kitchen cleaning products. Plenty of space for ski stuff in the front “coat room”. They provided bath and hand towels and wash clothes, soap,shampoo and conditioner. Towels provided for hot tub and sauna. The beds were very comfortable. The house had a cozy feel, yet big enough for everyone to feel like we had plenty of space. The game room was perfect to either relax, play pool, air hockey or cards. It was sound proof enough that no one upstairs was bothered by the late night card games. Attitash was a quick 10 min drive and Wildcat about a 20 min drive. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a day of skiing. The views from the front of the house were spectacular. You could see the ski trails on Attitash. There was even a welcome basket filled with goodies. A very nice touch The host, Jeremiah was very attentive and got right back to us if we had a question. We definitely will rent this property in the future.

Incredible House, excellent communication with the host & conveniently located close to many fun winter sports/activities! The hot tub, sauna, amazing game room with shuffle board, hockey and pool table were such luxury to come to after a day outside in the snow. I can't recommend this house enough. It was well-stocked with top notch kitchen appliances and everything you could possibly want to cook at home. the beds were comfortable, great bunk bed room for kids - this is 5 star place!
