Forest Ledge | 5550ft² | Game Room | HotTub | View

We had such a wonderful stay! The hot tub was a huge hit, and we loved how spacious the upstairs was with plenty of guest rooms for everyone. The kitchen was beautiful, well-equipped, and had great modern appliances. The basement was an absolute blast with so much to do — such a fun house for a group getaway! We also loved how close to the downtown North Conway (all the mountains) and Story Land! Hope to be back.

We have rented many properties in the white mountains and this home is definitely one of the best. There 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 3, 11, 12, 13). The game room on the lower level was enjoyed by all but especially us adults who couldn’t be heard by the kids 2 floors above us while we had fun well past our normal bed time. The home is well equipped for short term rental. And the covered back deck is a huge a plus to allow use of the hot tub and grill when the weather changes for the worse. Highly recommend this home.

This house was sparkling clean and absolutely perfect for our large group of 17 people! It is incredibly spacious, so everyone had plenty of room to stretch out without ever feeling crowded. The massive basement game room featured a pool table, arcade games, air hockey, shuffleboard, and a poker table, which kept the kids fully entertained. We also loved spending time outside on the wonderful outdoor deck and hanging out around the fireplace. The entire home had such a cozy feeling, making for a very relaxing stay. The hosts went above and beyond by providing a thoughtful welcome basket, and the kitchen was fully replenished with everything we needed to cook meals. Additionally, the host was very flexible and responded to all of our messages very quickly. 10/10 Highly recommend this property for any large family or group getaway!

House met our expectations. Description matched the actual. Location was perfect. House could be cleaner and review would be a 5.

Place was great, I have rented a few different places from birch and Jeremiah always a great experience
