Kittery Cove | Luxe, Views, Walk to Portsmouth

Kittery Cove is an absolutely stunning home! For this vacation, we were looking for the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience, and it exceeded every expectation.From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculate the home was. Everything was spotless, fresh, and meticulously maintained, making it feel both luxurious and incredibly welcoming.The renovations were clearly thoughtfully planned, blending practical functionality with upscale design. Every space was beautifully appointed, with a layout that was both efficient and inviting. The décor was stylish yet comfortable, creating a warm, relaxing atmosphere throughout.We especially enjoyed the balconies for morning coffee and quiet afternoons with a good book. The vintage LP collection and record player were a wonderful touch that everyone in our group appreciated.The location couldn't have been better. Portsmouth and Kittery were just minutes away, offering outstanding restaurants, shopping, and attractions, making it easy to explore the area while always feeling close to home.Communication with the Birch team was exceptional from start to finish. They were welcoming, proactive, responsive, and provided clear information every step of the way.Our only regret? That our stay had to come to an end. We wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend Kittery Cove to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation home.

This is a well-located property within walking distance of some of Kittery’s best coffee shops (Lil’s Cafe, Beach Pea) as well as downtown Portsmouth with its eateries, shops and galleries. The property is spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for both short and long-term stays. And there’s yoga across the street if you need a good stretch. It has plenty of amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, sufficient parking, and a dedicated elevator. Did I mention there’s a games cupboard? The hosts clearly take a lot of pride in their home. We’ll definitely visit again!

This is an absolutely spectacular two-story townhouse perched between Kittery Foreside and Portsmouth. We visit Kittery regularly, and we were delighted to find this recently renovated townhouse on the edge of Kittery Foreside (and within easy walking distance to Portsmouth as well). The renovation has been beautifully done, and the layout is perfect for gathering with friends and family or just relaxing. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, the dining table easily seats six, and there are a comfortable array of couches for chatting, reading, resting, or watching a movie. The private elevator and ample parking in the back are an added and lovely bonus, and we especially enjoyed the array of artwork by an exceptionally talented New England artist. Jeremiah's team were welcoming and attentive, and their cleaning crew made sure that the townhouse was immaculate. We had a terrific time, and we very much look forward to returning!

The property was pristine. The communications with the manager of the property were proactive, prompt and clear. The space and furnishings were better than I imagined. I cannot wait to come and stay again!
