The Nest | Lake Access, Pool, HotTub, 5BDRM, Sauna

We had a wonderful week at The Nest in August with our extended family. Three generations ranging from young grandchildren to my mother, plus our dog, and the house worked incredibly well for all of us. There is a TON of room, but it still feels warm and comfortable. The downstairs was perfect for my 20-year-old nephew, who loved having the pool table, darts, and a TV for his gaming console. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the large dining table comfortably fit our whole group for meals and became our gathering place for games in the evenings. Our absolute favorite space, though, was the huge deck. We spent hours out there every single day - morning coffee, meals, relaxing, and just enjoying the beautiful Maine summer weather. The private hot tub was another favorite and felt very secluded and peaceful. We already love Bridgton, and this was a great location for enjoying the area. I especially loved the neighborhood for walks with our dog and the grandchildren. The kids enjoyed the playground and pool, and although the house is part of a neighborhood, it still feels surprisingly private and tucked into the woods. It has exactly the Maine mountain feel we were hoping for. For a large, multigenerational family group, it can be difficult to find a house where everyone has enough space while still having great places to gather together. The Nest gave us both. We were very comfortable for the entire week and made some wonderful family memories here. We would absolutely stay again.

Best vacation we've ever had. 3 families and plenty of room. The hot tub was a hit and the end of the day with the stars and moonlight. The bar/pool table are was so much fun with the kids. Master bedroom was incredible and the beds were so comfortable. Every room was well appointed and the mattresses were all VERY comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the Sauna but my sister-in-law said it was extremely relaxing. The house was pristine clean and easy to access. We are definitely coming back in the summer, we saw in the welcome book they have access to a pool and Moose Lake. Great vacation!

This was hands-down, the best vacation my family and I had ever had! The house was so incredible. The tall pine ceilings and the wood fireplace made for a very cozy cabin vibes at night. We got some fresh snow on our second day and the snowy trees from outside the big windows were magical. The hot tub was a total hit as we were able to see the stars while soaking in the tub. My husband and his friends spent time in the game room with the pool table and the bar. The kids loved the bunk rooms and had plenty of space. I enjoyed the sauna every night I was there. The communication and cleanliness from the Birch team was impeccable and we have already started talking about coming back in the summer so we can experience the lake and the pool. Thank you!
